MANAH, October 10. /Dunyo IA/. An international cultural event featuring students from Uzbekistan attending a two-month Arabic language course at the Sultan Qaboos Institute for Teaching Arabic Language was held in the Omani city of Manah, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan, together with the students, presented the country’s cultural heritage, historical landmarks and tourism opportunities. The event featured an exhibition of traditional handicrafts, national costumes and Uzbek cuisine, while guests received tourism guides.

Participants included Khalfan Al-Azri, Director of the Historical and Cultural Center of Manah, Usman Al-Saadi, Head of the Sultan Qaboos Institute for Teaching Arabic Language, as well as teachers, students and their parents.

Students from Egypt, India, France, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine also presented their national traditions, cultures and cuisines.

The event served as a platform for intercultural exchange and the promotion of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential, while contributing to stronger humanitarian and educational ties between the two countries.
