“Sabah”: Uzbekistan Proposes “Six Economies – One Product” Formula to Deepen Regional Economic Cooperation

ANKARA, October 10. /Dunyo IA/. The Turkish newspaper “Sabah” has published an article on President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s proposal to deepen economic cooperation among the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan under the formula “Six Economies – One Product,” reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The publication focuses on the President’s address at the eighth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, held in the Avaza tourist zone of Turkmenistan.
According to the newspaper, the President of Uzbekistan called on the countries of the region to move beyond traditional trade toward establishing joint production and technology chains, expanding mutual investment, and developing cooperation in transport, energy, industry and digital technologies.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev also proposed holding a Central Asia–Azerbaijan Business Forum in Khiva in 2027 and establishing a dedicated platform to provide financial and technical support for joint investment projects.
Particular attention in his address was given to the development of transport and logistics infrastructure capable of strengthening connectivity among the countries of the region and expanding their participation in international trade.
