“Uzbekistan Flag” Campaign Held in Central Seoul

SEOUL, September 12. /Dunyo IA/. Ahead of the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea, a patriotic “Uzbekistan Flag” campaign was held at the iconic Gwanghwamun Square in central Seoul, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The event brought together Uzbek compatriots residing in the Republic of Korea, activists of the World Association of Youth of Uzbekistan (WAYU Korea), as well as young South Korean friends of Uzbekistan.
One of the highlights of the event was the ceremonial unfurling of the national flag of Uzbekistan.
The joint display of the national flags of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea served as a symbolic expression of the friendly relations, mutual respect and expanding cooperation between the two peoples.
Gwanghwamun Square is one of the best-known and most iconic public spaces in central Seoul.
