GUANGZHOU, July 16. /Dunyo IA/.  Within the framework of the international exhibition “China International Building Decoration Fair” in Guangzhou, a presentation of the investment potential and export opportunities of Uzbekistan was held, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Presentation, organized by the General Consulate of Uzbekistan, brought together more than 100 representatives of Chinese companies. The participants were presented with information on the dynamics of the country's economic development, key industrial sectors, the potential of the regions, the advantages of free economic zones, as well as opportunities for entering foreign markets.

Representatives of the “China Construction Expo” and “Foshan Smart Home Industry” associations noted the expansion of interregional economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and China and emphasized mutual interest in developing business ties.

During the B2B negotiations with leading Chinese manufacturers of building materials, the sides discussed prospects for implementing joint projects in Uzbekistan. Agreements were also reached on holding meetings between industry associations and organizing mutual business missions.
