ТАSHKENT, September 8. /Dunyo IA/.  Yesterday, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloyev held a meeting with Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and Chairman of the Committee of the Alliance of Civilizations Ahmad bin Hassan Al-Hammadi, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during the meeting, the sides discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar and expand cooperation in the political, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The sides also agreed to take necessary joint measures to organize joint events, exchange mutual visits and jointly hold international conferences.
