Uzbek Military wins first place at IX International Army Games in Pakistan

HARIAN, February 11. /Dunyo IA/. The 9th International Pakistan Army Games “Team Spirit” (PATS) competition took place in the Pakistani city of Kharian, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Teams from the ministries of defence of 19 foreign countries participated in the competition, along with observers from three additional nations.
The Uzbekistan Ministry of Defence team claimed first place, winning the gold medals. Second place went to the team from Malaysia, and third place to the United States team. Notably, this marks the sixth victory for the Uzbek team in these games.
Although the competition included highly demanding challenges closely simulating combat operations, requiring advanced training, skill, and specialized expertise, Uzbek servicemen successfully completed all tasks and deservedly secured the victory.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Pakistan Army, Field Marshal Asim Munir, personally awarded the main prize and honours to the Uzbek team.
