TASHKENT, June 11. /Dunyo IA/.  An official mobile application has been launched for citizens of Uzbekistan living abroad or planning foreign trips to promptly and remotely resolve consular matters, as well as to provide all necessary information directly through their mobile devices, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The application includes a unified database of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Uzbekistan abroad. Users can obtain up-to-date information regarding addresses, contact details, and locations of embassies and consulates, as well as determine the consular district to which their country or region of stay belongs.

At the initial stage, services such as issuing a certificate for return to Uzbekistan and registering for temporary or permanent consular accounting are available through the application. Moving forward, the list of electronic services is planned to be sequentially expanded.

One of the key features of the platform is the automated system for filling out questionnaires and applications. Thanks to the implementation of modern digital solutions, about 80 percent of the mandatory fields are populated automatically, which significantly reduces document processing time and simplifies the application submission process.

Additionally, the mobile application features an information section dedicated to the visa requirements of foreign countries for citizens of Uzbekistan. Currently, this service operates in a test mode and is regularly updated with current data.
