WARSAW, July 16 /Dunyo IA/. The July issue of “Ambasador”, a publication of the Polish analytical center widely read among the country's political and diplomatic circles, features an article entitled "Tashkent Attracts Global Capital: Uzbekistan’s Ambitious Vision for Development Through 2040, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The article notes that the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF) has established itself as the largest investment dialogue platform in Central Asia, bringing together more than 8,300 delegates from 100 countries, including executives of leading international companies, financial institutions, investment funds, and government representatives.

According to the author, the forum underscored Uzbekistan’s growing role as one of Eurasia’s most attractive investment destinations and reaffirmed the consistency of the country’s economic reforms aimed at strengthening the investment climate and expanding international economic cooperation.

Particular attention is given to the address delivered by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who presented the country’s strategic vision for socio-economic development through 2040. The publication highlights the key priorities outlined by the Head of state, including strengthening legal protections for investors, developing the capital market, promoting high-tech industries, accelerating the green transformation of the economy, advancing artificial intelligence, modernizing transport and logistics infrastructure, and ensuring the comprehensive development of the regions.

The article also emphasizes that openness to international business remains a cornerstone of Uzbekistan’s investment policy. In this context, it cites the President’s remarks that investments are viewed not only as a source of capital, but also as a catalyst for attracting advanced technologies, modern expertise, creating new jobs, and ensuring sustainable economic growth.

The magazine concludes that the scale of international participation in the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the agreements reached, and the initiatives presented reflect Uzbekistan’s steadily strengthening position as a regional financial, technological, and logistics hub that is open to global capital and mutually beneficial international partnership.
