SPLIT-TRILJ, July 28. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of Uzbekistan organized a mobile consular reception in the Croatian cities of Split and Trilj, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meetings, citizens were provided with detailed information regarding the rules of stay in the host country, the procedure and significance of consular registration, as well as the mechanisms for providing consular and legal assistance.

At the same time, special attention was paid to the rights and obligations of citizens, as well as the protection of their legal interests.

During the discussions, which were held in an open and warm atmosphere, it was found that the working conditions and wage levels created for the compatriots working in these regions are satisfactory. As noted, the majority of them are provided with stable jobs and decent wages.

Furthermore, compatriots were urged to avoid the influence of various religious extremist movements and groups promoting radical ideologies. The critical importance of remaining continuously vigilant and cautious regarding such matters was emphasized, alongside instructions to immediately contact the Embassy in accordance with the established procedure upon encountering any suspicious situations.

Meetings continued in a question-and-answer format, during which legally grounded and comprehensive answers were provided to all queries raised by citizens, including students.

In addition, a series of meetings were held with local employers as part of the visit. There is a high demand for labour in Croatia, with personnel shortages observed across many sectors. In this regard, local employers expressed great interest in attracting labour resources from Uzbekistan and declared their readiness for active cooperation.
