STOCKHOLM, August 19. /Dunyo IA/. “Woman World Global – Sweden” organization, established at the initiative of our compatriot Ozoda Islomova, has been officially registered in Sweden, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

This structure will serve as an international platform designed to support, develop and empower women from diverse nations, cultures and professional fields.

“Establishment of 'Woman World Global – Sweden' marks a new milestone in the development of international women's cooperation and is aimed at forming sustainable connections between Sweden, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, European and Central Asian countries”, said the organization's founder, Ozoda Islomova.

Primary mission of the organization is to promote the education and professional development of women, strengthen women's leadership and entrepreneurship, protect women's rights and interests, and foster their active participation in public life.

“Woman World Global – Sweden” plans to implement educational, social, and integration projects, including those aimed at supporting migrant women and members of the Uzbek diaspora.

“We strive for 'Woman World Global – Sweden' to become not merely an organization, but a true bridge between women, societies, and nations - a space where new knowledge, opportunities, partnerships, and international initiatives are born. Our inaugural event was participating in the “Torg” Intercultural Festival in Lund on August 15-16th, with a presentation dedicated to Uzbekistan and its culture”, noted Ozoda Islomova.

In the subsequent phase, the organization will focus on forming a partner network within Sweden and beyond its borders, establishing cooperation with state and public structures, universities and international organizations, as well as developing projects and participating in European and international grant programs.
