Mokhinur Komolova is a first-year master’s student at the St. Petersburg State University of Industrial Technology and Design. Alongside her professional activities, she is actively involved in public initiatives as a representative of the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan in St. Petersburg and a participant in projects organized by the House of Friendship of the Leningrad Region.
The collection was inspired by the mythical Humo bird and is built around a contrast between traditional Uzbek ikat fabrics, recognized as part of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage, and delicate handmade embellishments featuring feathers and bugle beads.
