AKTAU, May 9. /Dunyo IA/. The Consulate General of Uzbekistan held an online meeting involving representatives from the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NQAAE) under the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan and the “APEC Training Center”, located in Atyrau, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the event, participants reviewed the positive experience of the training center in the field of professional education for implementation in Uzbekistan and discussed prospects for further cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the acquisition of certificates that meet international standards, the organization of vocational training at the level of technical and vocational colleges, and the preparation of qualified personnel for both local and foreign labour markets.

During the meeting, representatives of the National Agency also discussed mechanisms for implementing modern educational approaches and improving the quality of specialist training in accordance with international market requirements.

Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to study the activities of the “APEC Training Center” and to conduct a practical demonstration of its pilot expertise in the field of vocational education in the near future.
