BERLIN, October 11. /Dunyo IA/.  Ambassador of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with Martina Englhardt-Kopf, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Parties reviewed issues concerning the modernization of agricultural production, the implementation of German equipment and technologies in Uzbekistan, innovative solutions in livestock farming and digital livestock identification systems.

Special attention was paid to cooperation between agro-industrial enterprises and scientific research institutes, the exchange of experience among specialists, and the implementation of joint investment projects.

Prospects for interaction with German agro-industrial companies and industry associations within the framework of the planned visit of a German delegation to Uzbekistan were also discussed.

Dialogue is aimed at introducing advanced German technologies into the agricultural sector of Uzbekistan and developing joint scientific and practical projects.
