In anticipation of the Futsal World Cup set to take place in Uzbekistan from September 14 to October 6, 2024, a promotional video highlighting the Uzbekistan’s sports and tourism offerings was presented by the Thai Futsal Fans Club in collaboration with Tidtourtravel, a travel agency, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The Thai Futsal Fans Club — is a dynamic group dedicated to connecting Thailand with the global community through sports, culture, and history. This organization comprises representatives from sports journalism, digital media, and travel agencies, boasting over 343,000 subscribers on YouTube.
The video was inspired by an organized trip to Uzbekistan led by the Thai Futsal Fans Club in partnership with the Football Association of Uzbekistan and the Professional Football League.
It highlights Uzbekistan’s football and futsal infrastructure, featuring stadiums, transportation facilities, hotels, and restaurants, along with interviews and discussions with officials from the Football Association of Uzbekistan and notable Uzbek futsal players. Additionally, Thai fans were provided with extensive information about tourist attractions throughout Uzbekistan.
The objectives of the video are as follows:
– To introduce Uzbekistan to the Thai audience through the lenses of football, history, and culture;
– To enhance international interest in Uzbekistan's professional football league and national team;
– To develop travel itineraries focused on football in Uzbekistan, complementing existing historical and cultural routes;
