• 112DOHA, September 1. /Dunyo IA/. Tourism Brand Ambassador ща Uzbekistan in Qatar Khalid Al-Binali and President of the University of Doha for Science and Technology Salem Al-Naemi have extended their sincere congratulations and best wishes to the people of Uzbekistan through Dunyo IA on the occasion of the country’s 35th anniversary of independence.
Khalid Al-Binali:
— September 1 is Independence Day of Uzbekistan. This date holds a special place in the life of the Uzbek people and is one of the most cherished and significant national holidays.
Taking this opportunity, I sincerely congratulate the people of Uzbekistan on Independence Day from the bottom of my heart.
First and foremost, Uzbekistan is a unique and attractive country that truly deserves to be visited. I consider Uzbekistan a genuine pearl of Central Asia.
Today, as Uzbekistan is becoming increasingly open and welcoming to the world, it is attracting more and more tourists. Thanks to the favourable conditions being created for travellers, visiting the country is becoming increasingly convenient and accessible.
The hospitality of the Uzbek people deserves particular attention. Uzbeks sincerely welcome foreign guests, showing them respect and appreciation. This hospitality leaves a lasting impression on everyone who visits Uzbekistan.
The country’s nature is also exceptionally beautiful and diverse. Clean rivers, majestic mountains, picturesque landscapes, and ancient cities make Uzbekistan even more attractive to tourists.
Of course, special mention should be made of Uzbek national cuisine. Plov, samsa, shashlik, and other traditional dishes impress every guest with their distinctive flavours.
Therefore, I invite everyone to visit Uzbekistan and discover its rich history, beautiful nature, unique culture, and hospitable people.
Happy 35th anniversary of the independence of Uzbekistan!
Salem Al-Naemi:
— In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you!
I sincerely congratulate Uzbekistan on Independence Day.
We highly value the friendly, strong, and steadily developing relations between Uzbekistan and Qatar.
Recently, our university witnessed another important outcome of cooperation between the two countries. Fifteen vocational education specialists from Namangan Region successfully completed a professional development and retraining program at our university in five vocational fields. A formal certificate award ceremony was also held for them.
This joint initiative is a vivid example of the exchange of knowledge, experience, and professional skills between Uzbekistan and Qatar.
We are ready to continue this cooperation and train even more qualified specialists for Uzbekistan. I am confident that such joint projects will continue to contribute to strengthening ties between the two countries in education and professional training.
Taking this opportunity, I wish the people of Uzbekistan peace and tranquillity, prosperity, continued development, and great success.
Happy 35th anniversary of the independence of Uzbekistan!
Thank you for your attention.”
