PRAGUE, July 20. /Dunyo IA/.  A delegation from the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, led by Director Bekhzod Musayev, has paid a working visit to the Czech Republic, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Within the framework of the visit, a series of meetings was held with representatives of state authorities, business circles, and medical organizations of the Czech Republic, aimed at advancing cooperation in organized labor migration, vocational training of qualified personnel and their structured employment.

During the meeting with the Minister of Health of the Czech Republic Adam Vojtěch, prospects for implementing a pilot project dedicated to the training and employment of Uzbek citizens in the country's medical and social welfare institutions were discussed. Parties agreed to establish a joint working group, formulate a roadmap for cooperation, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) providing for the development of partnership in the fields of training, structured employment, and professional adaptation of medical personnel.

In the course of negotiations with the Vice President of the Czech Chamber of Commerce Radek Jakubský, matters regarding the training of specialists in accordance with the demands of the Czech labor market and the expansion of engagement with employers were examined. Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to establish a regular exchange of information on workforce requirements and to implement joint initiatives for the organized employment of citizens of Uzbekistan.

Furthermore, meetings were held with the executives of leading Czech companies operating in the industrial, healthcare, and recruitment sectors, during which prospects for expanding the structured employment of Uzbek citizens were discussed.

In the course of the meeting with Miroslav Mühlbök, the head of “MONTO, s.r.o.”, matters concerning the recruitment of qualified specialists from Uzbekistan for Czech industrial enterprises, primarily within the automotive sector, were examined. The company representatives expressed a strong interest in establishing long-term cooperation with the Migration Agency for the selection and organized recruitment of personnel.

During the talks with Ivo Jaroš, Managing Director of “TOPSEARCH, s.r.o.”, the primary focus was placed on recruiting Uzbek specialists into the Czech healthcare system. Parties discussed qualification requirements, language training issues, and the recognition of diplomas, as well as prospects for organizing Czech language and professional training courses for candidates in Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting with Peter Lednický, the CEO of “Penta Hospitals International”, an agreement was reached on cooperation in the training and subsequent employment of medical professionals from Uzbekistan within the network's institutions. Within the framework of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed, providing for the development of partnership in the fields of training and the structured employment of medical personnel.
