NOVOSIBIRSK, July 14. /Dunyo IA/.   General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk participated for the first time in the large-scale “In Siberia—There Is!” International Gastro-Tourism Festival, which takes place annually in Novosibirsk and gathers hundreds of chefs and thousands of guests from all corners of Siberia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

This year, Uzbekistan stood out as the only foreign nation to present its unique culture, art, and national cuisine in all its splendour to the festival guests.

Festival guests were presented with a colourful, richly adorned exhibition designed in the national style, which illustrated the unique history, culture, traditions, and customs of our country, alongside its diverse tourism destinations and routes. Furthermore, a new promotional video highlighting Uzbekistan's tourism potential showcased the rapid development of the nation's tourism sector, its distinct cultural flavour, and its modern essence.

Highlights of the festival were the exceptionally delicious Uzbek plov and shashlik, prepared by our master chefs, which captured the hearts of all the festival guests and participants.
