TASHKENT, November 25. /IA “Doone"/. Ruzmat Safarov, a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences, has developed a unique chatbot in Uzbek with artificial intelligence designed for the development of companies, the correspondent of the Dune news Agency reports.

According to the Academy of Sciences, the main goal of this project is to process customer requests in the chat rooms of enterprises and organizations in Uzbekistan, automate business processes, increase employee efficiency and reduce resource costs. It is expected that all this will significantly improve the service of corporate clients.

This project can be used in the system of a number of ministries and departments, as well as medical institutions, mobile communication companies, online stores. It is currently being tested in test mode.
