Uzbekistan’s Investment Opportunities in focus at “Trends 2026” business forum in Ukraine

• 584VINNYTSIA, December 27. /Dunyo IA/. A business forum titled “Trends 2026: Business & Technologies for Growth” takes place in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia, with the participation of the Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Alisher Kurmanov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The forum brings together over 100 representatives of the business community, leading companies and experts, focusing on development strategies, technology implementation, economic security and access to international markets.
Within the forum, Uzbekistan’s diplomats organize a dedicated thematic session on “Uzbekistan: New Opportunities for Cooperation” where information is presented on priority areas of economic interaction between Uzbekistan and Ukraine as well as prospects for Ukrainian companies to participate in trade and investment projects in the Central Asian market through Uzbekistan.
The event emphasizes that Uzbekistan’s economy is currently developing at a high pace. It is highlighted that the country maintains sustainable economic growth, foreign investment volumes are increasing significantly, and the number of new production facilities involving foreign capital is consistently and dynamically rising.
Ukrainian business representatives, including investors attending the forum, identify renewable energy, transport and logistics, modern information technologies and digital services, agriculture, food industry, chemical industry, automotive sector, and the production of automotive components as priority areas for bilateral cooperation.
Additionally, it is noted that in recent years tourism and the service sector in Uzbekistan have become some of the most rapidly developing sectors of the economy. The high demand for hospitality, “HoReCa” services, and professional service companies is particularly emphasized.
During their visit to Vinnytsia region, Uzbekistan’s diplomats also familiarize themselves with the operations of several local enterprises – “Promavtomatika Vinnytsia” (production of electrical equipment, automation, construction of solar power plants) and “Park Audio II” (production of professional power amplifiers and acoustic systems).
Moreover, during a targeted meeting with the management of 16 local companies – members of the “Business People Club” association, who express interest in developing trade and economic cooperation with Uzbekistan – a number of preliminary agreements are reached aimed at further strengthening interaction.
