The article emphasizes that President Shavkat Mirziyoyev tasked the Oliy Majlis and the nation with reviewing the “Uzbekistan-2030” strategy in his annual address. The strategy is regarded as a key policy document, outlining the medium- and long-term development directions for the country. The updated “Uzbekistan-2030” strategy is being designed so that each individual can see how it provides practical benefits for their life, their family and the future of their children. In other words, the strategy is intended to deliver tangible, day-to-day improvements, rather than abstract slogans.

One of the most fundamental principles is that the strategy is being developed through public consultation.
