The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Saudi Arabia considers low number of problems related to the stay of Uzbek citizens in the kingdom

ТASHKENT, December 25. /Dunyo IA/. On December 23, a delegation led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Olimjon Abdullaev met with the Deputy Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Battal, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, during the dialogue, it was noted that due to the firm political will of the Leaders of the two countries, cooperation relations between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are developing consistently and rising to a new stage, as well as that the exchange of visits at the highest and high levels is becoming increasingly active.
The Saudi side particularly emphasized that the number of issues related to the stay of citizens traveling from Uzbekistan to the Kingdom is low, and expressed high respect and esteem for the Uzbek people.
At the meeting, it was noted that there is a need to strengthen mutual cooperation in organizing travel to the Kingdom and visa procedures during the Hajj and Umrah seasons within the framework of existing legislation.
The sides reached an agreement to further develop the work of the joint commission currently operating between the interior ministries of the two states, as well as to jointly implement measures aimed at ensuring the rights and interests of citizens.
