SARI, October 22. /Dunyo IA/.  Ambassador of Uzbekistan Fariddin Nasriev, met with the Governor of the Mazandaran Province of Iran Mehdi Younesi Rostami, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, Uzbek side presented detailed information on the economic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, the conditions created to attract foreign investment, state support measures for entrepreneurship, as well as the country's industrial and export potential.

Ambassador reaffirmed Uzbekistan's interest in the further development of bilateral relations and expressed readiness for close cooperation to realize the discussed initiatives.

Following the meeting, parties emphasized their mutual interest in strengthening partnership ties and advancing practical cooperation in areas of common interest.
