Uzbekistan and France Discuss Expanding Cooperation in Scientific Research

PARIS, June 19. /Dunyo IA/. Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Nodir Ganiev met with Claire Giry, President and CEO of the French National Research Agency (ANR), reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The parties exchanged views on implementing joint projects in such areas as artificial intelligence, water resource management, climate change, biotechnology, and healthcare.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to strengthen practical cooperation through direct partnerships between universities and research institutions of Uzbekistan and France, the development of joint grant funding mechanisms, and participation in international scientific consortia.
