Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Japan sign a Cooperation Programme between the ministries for 2027–2028

ТАSHKENT, September 18. /Dunyo IA/.   Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Toshimitsu Motegi signed a Cooperation Programme for 2027–2028 in Tokyo, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

“Following the Strategic Dialogue, together with my colleague, H.E. Toshimitsu Motegi, we signed the Cooperation Programme between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Japan for 2027–2028, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Document is particularly important as it is aimed at further developing regular dialogue and practical cooperation between the foreign policy institutions of the two countries.

Cooperation Programme will contribute to giving new substance to the expanded strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Japan and ensuring the consistent implementation of agreements reached at the highest level”.
