ТАSHKENT, June 29. /Dunyo IA/.   Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, received Konstantin Obolensky, Ambassador of Switzerland to Uzbekistan, on the conclusion of his diplomatic mission, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

“Had a farewell meeting with H.E. Konstantin Obolensky, Ambassador of Switzerland to Uzbekistan, who is concluding his five-year diplomatic mission in our country, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Expressed our sincere appreciation for his valuable contribution to strengthening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Switzerland.

Wished Ambassador Obolensky every success in his future professional endeavors”.

It is recalled that diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Switzerland were established on May 7, 1992. In his capacity as Ambassador to Uzbekistan, His Excellency Konstantin Obolensky presented his credentials to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on August 25, 2021.
