Fabrics and yarns made from Uzbek cotton receive high praise from Egyptian businesses

CAIRO, February 26. /Dunyo IA/. Leading textile enterprises from Uzbekistan participated in the international "Egypt Fabric & Yarn Expo", reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The "Egypt Fabric & Yarn Expo" is a significant international event for the textile industry of North Africa and the Middle East. Held annually in Cairo, the exhibition brings together prominent manufacturers and suppliers of fabrics, yarns, textile equipment, dyes, and related materials.

With the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the "Uztextileprom" Association, Uzbek textile companies such as "Zelal Tekstil", "Shahrisabz Textile", "Oqsaroy Textile", "Quva Textile", "Asaka Textile", "WBM Romitex", "Vobkent Tola Cluster", and others participated in the event.

During the exhibition, there was significant interest from Egyptian textile companies in Uzbek yarn. In particular, fabrics and yarns made from Uzbek cotton were highly praised for their quality and competitive prices.

The event led to the signing of initial trade agreements with entrepreneurs from Egypt, as well as other countries in the Middle East, Turkey, and China.

The exhibition served as an important platform to showcase the potential of Uzbekistan's textile industry, establish new partnerships, and expand export opportunities.
