Uzbek companies prepare export supplies to Syrian market

ALEPPO, May 30. /Dunyo IA/. An online meeting was held to develop the recently opened Trading House in the Syrian city of Aleppo and expand the supply of Uzbek products to the Syrian market, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The talks brought together Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Kuwait, as well as local and international entrepreneurs.
The discussion also featured Ahmad Kalash, Head of the Uzbekistan Trading House in Aleppo and Chief of “Kalash Trading Co., Ltd.”, alongside representatives from Uzbek companies including “Premier Electrotech”, “Sam-Ferre”, “Nassar Trading Agro”, “Metsol”, “Solis Oils”, and “Technologies of Real Time”.
The parties reviewed the demand for Uzbek products in the Syrian market, logistical routes, and mechanisms for promoting goods through the Trading House.
Following the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached to export the first batch of products to Syria, totaling 10 cargo trucks. Specifically, 4 trucks will be loaded with household appliances, 4 with oil and fat products, and 2 with automotive spare parts and motor oils.
