Norwegian Entrepreneur registers new IT company in Jizzakh

TASHKENT, June 22. /Dunyo IA/. David Milanovic, CEO of the Norwegian company “Resilienza Holding”, visited Uzbekistan to participate in the Tashkent International Investment Forum, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the forum, Norwegian entrepreneur highlighted the favourable investment climate created in Uzbekistan for foreign investors, as well as the special emphasis placed on the development of the information technology sector. As a practical result of the consistent reforms underway, his IT company, “Varde Group”, was officially registered as a resident of “IT Park” in Jizzakh.
According to the entrepreneur, the key factors that prompted the company to launch its operations in Uzbekistan were the rapid development of the country's IT sector, a wide range of tax and customs incentives provided to industry representatives, and, most importantly, the high potential of young and qualified specialists.
David Milanovic also stated that he intends to leverage Uzbekistan's digital capabilities in the future to expand major IT projects into the markets of Norway and other Scandinavian countries, as well as to develop the export of digital services through the new company.
