SEOUL, July 26. /Dunyo IA/. An investment agreement on the construction of a modern park, water park, and large-scale residential complex in New Andijan was signed at the Embassy of Uzbekistan between Bobirbek Sokhibov, Director of Sanderson City LLC, and Lim Sang Hwa, Head of the South Korean company U&K Global, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The total value of the project amounts to $300 million and will be implemented in two phases.

During the first phase, with an investment of $45 million, a modern public park for residents and visitors, as well as an internationally compliant water park featuring water attractions and recreational facilities for people of all ages, will be built in New Andijan. The facilities are scheduled to be commissioned by March 21, 2028, to coincide with the Navruz holiday.

The project is expected to enhance the tourism potential of Andijan Region, increase the flow of domestic and international tourists, create new recreational opportunities for the population, and contribute to the development of the service sector.

The second phase envisages the construction of a large modern residential complex with a total area of 750,000 square meters. The development will be designed in line with contemporary urban planning principles, placing particular emphasis on convenience, safety, and a high-quality living environment, while incorporating all essential infrastructure required for residents' daily needs.

This phase is expected to transform New Andijan into a modern, comfortable, and attractive urban area, strengthen the region's investment appeal, promote the development of the construction and service sectors, and generate new employment opportunities.
