Delegation of Uzbekistan Held Talks at Japan International Cooperation Agency

TOKYO, May 29. /Dunyo IA/. The Uzbek delegation visiting Tokyo yesterday met with Yoshikawa Yoshifumi, Senior Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for further expanding multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and JICA. Particular attention was paid to joint projects in infrastructure modernization, transport, energy, education, healthcare and human capital development.
The sides emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation in expanding technical assistance programs, training specialists and introducing advanced Japanese experience in Uzbekistan.
