Regular meeting of Foreign Ministers in the “Central Asia + Russia” format takes place in Moscow

ТАSHKENT, April 18. /Dunyo IA/. On April 17th, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov, took part in the meeting of Foreign Ministers in the “Central Asia + Russia” format, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Together with the delegations of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Russia, we discussed current issues of six-party cooperation, as well as proposals for its further development, including expanding economic cooperation, implementing joint projects, and addressing environmental challenges. - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Particular attention was paid to such areas as “green” energy, rational use of water resources and environmental protection.
Also emphasized the importance of strengthening regional security amid growing turbulence in the international environment, as well as the need to coordinate efforts to ensure sustainable development”.
