New Center opens in Karakalpakstan to teach Japanese language and professional skills

NUKUS, February 10. /Dunyo IA/. In order to train Uzbek citizens in language and professional skills, as well as to provide them with well-paid and respectable jobs abroad, diplomats of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan organized a visit of the executives of the Japanese companies “Joho Venture Cooperative” and “Orange” to Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the visit, a series of meetings were held with representatives of the Migration Agency and the leadership of Berdakh Karakalpak State University.
As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum was signed on the establishment of a joint center for Japanese language and professional skills training between Orange and the university. It was noted that training at the center will be provided free of charge, with instructors drawn from qualified specialists from Japan.
In addition, negotiations are underway to establish a similar center in the Jizzakh region.
This work will be carried out systematically, and in the long term, it is planned to train Uzbek citizens in accordance with the requirements of the Japanese labour market, as well as to expand their opportunities for legal and stable employment.
