Cooperation between Tashkent region and Masovian Voivodeship of Poland reaches new level

WARSAW, February 19. /Dunyo IA/. Uzbek diplomats held a meeting with Adam Struzik, Marshal of the Masovian Voivodeship, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Parties discussed the current state and future prospects of regional cooperation between Tashkent Region and the Masovian Voivodeship. They exchanged views on the practical outcomes of the delegation’s visit to Uzbekistan, led by Adam Struzik, in September 2025.
Polish side expressed gratitude for the support in organizing the high-level visit, noting that the trip elevated bilateral regional ties to a new level and facilitated the advancement of concrete investment and economic projects.
One of the key areas of cooperation identified was trade development. Discussions focused on promoting Uzbek products in the Polish market through the establishment of trade houses. The participants also agreed on regularly organizing joint industrial exhibitions, business forums and fairs, as well as developing programs to increase tourist flows and host cultural days, festivals and exhibitions.
In the field of labor migration, an agreement was reached to expand cooperation and establish training centers in Tashkent Region with Poland’s support.
As a result of the meeting, both sides agreed to move from discussion to concrete action and to jointly implement projects in trade, industry, agro-industry, tourism, education and science.
