WARSAW, February 25. /Dunyo IA/. As part of the visit to the Pomeranian Voivodeship, diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland met with Yulia Bondarenko, Sales Coordinator of the “Gdańsk International Fair” joint‑stock company (AMBEREXPO), reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Discussions focused on organizing Uzbekistan’s participation in the “St. Dominic Fair”, scheduled to take place in Gdańsk from July 25 to August 16, 2026, as well as on formats of cooperation and opportunities to showcase the country’s tourism and cultural potential.

Yulia Bondarenko noted that Polish interest in Uzbekistan is steadily increasing. According to her, Polish tourists are showing growing curiosity not only for traditional routes but also for new and unique destinations.

The Polish side highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s initiative to participate in the fair, emphasizing that this step is important for promoting the country’s tourism potential and strengthening international cooperation.

Uzbek diplomats underlined that participation in the fair will help enhance Uzbekistan’s tourism presence in the European market, promote the national brand and provide practical substance to regional cooperation.
