Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover exceeds $11.6 billion in first two months of the year

TASHKENT, April 1. /Dunyo IA/. Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover in January–February 2026 amounted to 11.6 billion dollars, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the National Statistics Committee, this is 7.1%, or 767.4 million dollars, more compared to the same period last year.
In the structure of foreign trade, exports amounted to 3.5 billion dollars, while imports totalled 8.1 billion dollars.
During the first two months of this year, Uzbekistan conducted trade with more than 160 countries worldwide, reflecting the broad geography of its foreign economic relations.
The largest share of foreign trade turnover was accounted for by:
China — 27.5%,
Russia — 18.3%,
Kazakhstan — 7.2%,
Türkiye — 3.6%,
Republic of Korea — 2.7%.
The dynamic growth of foreign trade turnover, alongside the expansion of partner geography, testifies to Uzbekistan's steady integration into the global economy and its strengthening position as an active participant in international trade.
