FRANKFURT AM MAIN, May 22. /Dunyo IA/. The General Consulate of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with the leadership of the German-Turkish Business Association (Deutsch-Türkischer Gewerbebund - DTGB), reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed promising areas of Uzbek-German-Turkish business cooperation, issues of expanding trade and economic ties and establishing direct contacts between representatives of the business communities of Uzbekistan and Germany.

Special attention was paid to organizing a joint business forum involving entrepreneurs, industry associations, and business community representatives from the two countries. The parties emphasized the importance of creating an effective platform to showcase the investment and export potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to organize a visit of the DTGB delegation to Uzbekistan in October of this year. The trip itinerary includes holding meetings with Uzbek entrepreneurs, searching for new partners, and discussing opportunities to conclude mutually beneficial trade and economic agreements. Additionally, the parties agreed to hold a business forum in Frankfurt am Main involving 150 DTGB member companies, during which Uzbekistan's investment and tourism potential will be presented.

The parties expressed interest in further developing practical cooperation and maintaining a regular dialogue between the business communities.
