- "Tilga ixtiyorsiz – elga e'tiborsiz." What a deep meaning these lines of Alisher Navoi, the great Uzbek poet, the founder of Turkic literature, have!

Language is the most important element of culture. The Navoi language is the language of the heart and love. Maverannahr is the history of Uzbekistan, a glorious and magnificent civilization, inscribed in golden letters in the book of history of the Islamic world. Uzbek language is the language of Navoi. Scientists, thinkers and great personalities who worked on this earth will forever be part of world history.

In today's era of globalization, there is a need for the beautiful Uzbek language, which opens the hearts and minds of people towards each other. As Uzbekistan continues to emerge as a shining star of the 21st century, I sincerely wish humanity the most beautiful works of the Uzbek language, as it has been in history.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to sincerely congratulate all my Uzbek friends and relatives on the Uzbek Language Day, celebrated on October 21.
