New Uzbekistan presented on air of Malaysia’s “BFM 89.9” Radio Station

KUALA LUMPUR, March 30. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador Karomiddin Gadoev participated in a special program on the leading Malaysian radio station “BFM 89.9”. The program was dedicated to the large-scale reforms implemented in New Uzbekistan, socio-political transformations in the country and the development of Uzbek-Malaysian relations, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the conversation, special attention was paid to the dynamics of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and Malaysia, the expansion of high-level contacts and the intensification of intergovernmental dialogue.
It was noted that in recent years, significant results have been achieved in implementing agreements in trade and investment, education, tourism and other sectors, ensuring steady growth across several key indicators.
The prospects for further deepening cooperation in areas such as the halal industry, agriculture, Islamic finance and the service sector representing mutual interest for both parties were highlighted.
Ambassador also provided information about the significant economic potential of Uzbekistan as the largest market in Central Asia. He noted the extensive opportunities available for foreign investors and invited Malaysian companies to expand their presence in the Uzbek market.
Special attention in the program was given to the country's tourism potential. In particular, listeners were provided with information about the “Umrah Plus” program, specifically designed for pilgrims from Malaysia and Indonesia, as well as the significance of Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand in the Islamic world and the facilities created for visiting them.
In addition, Ambassador spoke about the recently opened сenter of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent, as well as the renovated Imam al-Bukhari complex in Samarkand, as symbols of the respectful attitude toward the rich historical and spiritual heritage of the ancestors.
During the program, it was emphasized that the land of Uzbekistan, once one of the centers of world civilization and science, is today returning to the path of sustainable development, as New Uzbekistan confidently and consistently moves toward the era of the Third Renaissance.
