ANKARA, January 29. /Dunyo IA/.  On the eve of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s official visit to Ankara, Turkish media are extensively covering key aspects of bilateral relations and reporting on expectations for the upcoming high-level summit, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Specifically, news portals including “Sabah”, “Ahaber”, “TV100”, “Turkgün”, “M Star”, the digital publications “Independent Türkçe”, “Takvim”, “Haber Turk”, “Milliyet”, “Aksam”, television channels “TRT Avaz”, “TRT Haber”, “CNN Türk”, “Bengü Türk”, “Haber Global” and the daily newspaper “Yeni Şafak” have published reports on the matter.

They note that, as part of the visit to Ankara, the fourth meeting of the Türkiye - Uzbekistan Strategic Partnership Council will be held under the chairmanship of the two countries’ leaders.

“The meeting will include detailed discussions on steps to further deepen bilateral cooperation between Türkiye and Uzbekistan, - articles state. - In this context, a series of agreements is expected to be signed, which will make a significant contribution to the legal and contractual framework of relations between the two nations”.

In addition to key topics such as the growth of trade, defence industry collaboration and energy and transport corridors, the discussions are expected to address issues of regional security.

During the meetings, a comprehensive exchange of views on regional and international developments is expected to take place. One of the most significant highlights of the visit will be the groundbreaking ceremony for the first school established by Uzbekistan abroad.
