CAIRO, October 12. /Dunyo IA/.  The 20^th International Exhibition “Mining, Metallurgy and Metalworking – MiningMetals Uzbekistan 2026” will be held in Tashkent from October 27^th to 29^th, bringing together more than 150 exhibitors from 16 countries, reports a correspondent of Dunyo IA, citing with the Egyptian online publication “Al-Youm Al-Saba”.

Marking its 20^th anniversary, the exhibition is one of Uzbekistan’s leading specialised platforms for showcasing industrial innovations, exchanging expertise and developing business ties in the mining and metallurgical industries.

Companies from Australia, Belarus, Germany, Iran, Spain, Kazakhstan, Canada, China, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Serbia, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Finland and Estonia have confirmed their participation.

Visitors will be able to explore modern mining machinery and equipment, metallurgical and metalworking technologies, solutions for ore transportation and processing, as well as digital technologies, automation systems and industrial safety solutions.

A German national pavilion and expanded displays by Chinese and Turkish manufacturers will be among the highlights of the exhibition. Uzbekistan’s national pavilion will be organized by the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology, with the participation of leading domestic enterprises and organizations in the sector.

Business programme will also feature the 8th Uzbekistan International Mining and Metals Forum (UIMF 2026), held under the theme “From Resources to Global Opportunities”. Participants will include representatives of mining and metallurgical companies from Central Asia, government agencies, investors, technology companies and research organisations.

Exhibition and forum are intended to strengthen international cooperation, facilitate the exchange of professional expertise and explore investment opportunities, while expanding Uzbekistan’s partnerships with regional and international markets.
