ISLAMABAD, March 12. /Dunyo IA/. Popular Pakistani online publication “The World News” has published an article titled “Navruz 2026 to feature Nationwide Celebrations”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Publication provides information on the tasks defined in the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan “On the preparation and holding of the national holiday Navruz in 2026”.

It is noted that this document approved the composition of the organizing committee for the preparation and celebration of the holiday.

“According to the document, the holiday program will feature practical organizational, cultural-spiritual and educational activities under the theme “Honoring Navruz is Honoring Humanity”. As part of the national “Green Space” project, campaigns such as “I plant a seedling too” (“Men ham ko’chat ekaman”) and public community clean-up events are planned”, article states.

Publication also reports that this year, an organizing committee has been established to oversee the preparation and execution of the nationwide holiday. This year, the Navruz festivities will coincide with Ramazan-Hayit, highlighting humanitarian values and providing opportunities for visits and support to residents of the “Mercy”, “Generosity” and “Kindness” homes.
