New Delhi hosts publication of “Suz.in” International Scientific Journal Co-Founded by researchers from Uzbekistan and India

NEW DELHI, March 29. /Dunyo IA/. The first issue of the international scientific journal “Suz.in” has been published in India, marking a milestone in the cooperation between the academic schools of Uzbekistan and India, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The publication has united the efforts of leading Orientalists, linguists, and historians from Central and South Asia. The journal's title, which translates to “word”, symbolizes the commitment to revealing the deep historical and cultural interconnections between the friendly peoples of the two regions through scientific thought.

The Chairman of the Editorial Board is the renowned Indian Orientalist, Professor Akhlaq Ahmad Ahan, who heads the Center for Persian and Central Asian Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University. The position of Editor-in-Chief is held by Professor Khulkar Khamroeva, representing the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan.

The content of the first issue fully meets the high standards set by its founders. It features scientific articles by scholars and researchers from Uzbekistan, India and Kazakhstan.

The geography of the authors and the diversity of topics demonstrate a broad scope. Researchers focused on the historical ties between the peoples of Central and South Asia, shared elements of their cultural code, and the priceless legacy of great thinkers such as Alisher Navoi, Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur and other classics whose works have served as a foundation for dialogue between the regions for centuries.

-  The launch of this journal will serve to popularize the rich heritage of our ancestors and will also become a kind of incubator of new ideas for young scientists, strengthening the scientific and academic foundation between Tashkent and Delhi, - Khulkar Khamroeva said in an interview with correspondent of Dunyo Information Agency.

The journal “Suz.in” is intended to be more than just a platform for scholars; it is designed to be an important tool of “soft power”, demonstrating how collaborative scientific creativity can strengthen mutual understanding between nations.

Experts emphasize that the launch of the journal is of strategic importance for the further strengthening of scientific and academic ties between Central and South Asia. Amidst a growing need for stable humanitarian bridges, “Suz.in” creates a permanent platform for dialogue, the exchange of research methodologies, and the training of a new generation of scholars who possess a comprehensive view of the region's history.

The initiative to create “Suz.in” aligns with the modern spirit of strategic partnership. In the era of globalization, the preservation and scientific interpretation of shared heritage become the foundation for soft power and educational diplomacy.
