KYIV, August 27. /Dunyo IA/.  International Business Forum “Business in Syrdarya” will be held on August 27–28^th in the city of Gulistan, Syrdarya Region, reports Dunyo IA correspondent, citing with “Kyiv Diplomatic” magazine.

Syrdarya Region is located 120 kilometres from Tashkent and is one of the country’s promising regions for the implementation of investment and industrial projects. The region has eight special industrial zones and three free economic zones, where projects with a total value of $558.6 million are being implemented. In 2026, the region plans to attract around $2 billion in investment.

As part of the forum, participants will be presented with the investment opportunities of the region, promising projects and available production sites. An exhibition of industrial products and B2B and B2G negotiations are also scheduled.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet with the regional leadership, investors and representatives of enterprises, as well as visit industrial facilities.

The forum is aimed at establishing direct business contacts, discussing prospects for cooperation, and exploring opportunities for the implementation of joint investment and trade and economic projects.
