MINSK, July 21. /Dunyo IA/.  A delegation of Uzbekistan, led by Elyor Toshtemirov, Deputy Director of the Migration Agency, visited Belarus, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Within the framework of the visit, meetings were held with the management of JSC “Minsk Automobile Plant” (MAZ), as well as with compatriots carrying out labour activities at this enterprise.

During negotiations with Valery Ivankovich, General Director of JSC “Minsk Automobile Plant”, parties agreed to intensify efforts to attract citizens of Uzbekistan to available vacancies at the enterprise. In addition, the delegation familiarized themselves with the production process and working conditions in the factory's new production facility.

Compatriots were provided with information regarding the ongoing work in Uzbekistan to develop the migration sector, as well as practical and legal support measures extended to the country's citizens abroad. At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants received answers to their questions of interest.
