A Delegation from the Tashkent City Khokimiyat explores advanced practices in education and social protection across Finland and Estonia

• 2HELSINKI–TALLINN, May 25. /Dunyo IA/. A delegation from the Tashkent City Khokimiyat has concluded a working visit to Finland and Estonia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
As part of the working trip, the delegation explored advanced practices in the fields of education, digitalization and social protection in the cities of Helsinki and Tallinn. The delegation also held high-level talks with a number of state and educational institutions.
In Helsinki, the delegation visited the “Meri” kindergarten and the “Vattuniemi” primary school, where they studied the Finnish experience in early childhood development, inclusive education and modern pedagogical approaches. Furthermore, during meetings at the Helsinki City Administration, discussions focused on strategic urban development, the provision of social services to the population and the implementation of digital solutions in management systems.
The delegation also met with representatives of the Finnish organization "Edulyzer". During the meeting, advanced platforms based on artificial intelligence technologies were presented, designed to analyse students' psychological well-being, their engagement in the educational process and the social environment. Following negotiations with the University of Helsinki and its continuing education center, "HY+ Ltd.," agreements were reached to develop cooperation in professional development for teaching staff, student exchanges and scientific research. Additionally, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Nordic International University and the "HY+" organization.
In Tallinn, the delegation held meetings with the leadership of the Tallinn City Government, the e-Estonia Briefing Centre, the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). During the negotiations, the parties explored Estonia's advanced experience in educational digitalization, e-government services, artificial intelligence technologies and the development of innovation ecosystems.
Furthermore, the delegation participated in the "EdTech Testbeds" international conference, where it established partnerships with a number of foreign organizations to implement innovative solutions in education. As a result of the working trip, important agreements were reached to implement the advanced practices of Finland and Estonia in the fields of education, digitalization and social protection across the city of Tashkent.
