ABU DHABI, June 3. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from Uzbekistan met with David Hadley, CEO of the UAE-based company “NMC Healthcare”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The UAE side was presented with information regarding the ongoing healthcare reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at expanding the spectrum of medical services, introducing international standards, implementing modern equipment and adopting advanced foreign expertise.

Particular attention was paid to projects involving the construction of modern hospitals based on public-private partnerships in Bukhara, Samarkand, and Tashkent, as well as the creation of medical centers and clinics in the border regions of the country.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed that representatives of “NMC Healthcare” will study the presented project proposals and, within two weeks, identify a priority project for further detailed development.

The company is also expected to participate in the 5th Tashkent International Investment Forum, where meetings with the leadership of relevant ministries are scheduled.
