European companies explore cooperation opportunities with Uzbekistan in chemical production

Facilitated by the General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Frankfurt am Main, a delegation of representatives from European companies visited JSC “Navoiyazot”, where they familiarized themselves with the enterprise's production potential, modern technological processes and prospects for developing export cooperation, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the visit, foreign partners were presented with a detailed presentation on the enterprise's activities, its current production indicators, export capabilities, and plans to expand production capacities until 2030.
German delegation included Paweł Polanowski, International Markets Representative of the Frankfurt branch of ANWIL S.A.; Arkadiusz Zuzaniuk, CEO and owner of the logistics company Treeden Group; Director of the investment company Engineering Project Group and Marcin Piotr Białasik, Member of the Management Board of Polish Agriculture Development Corporation Sp. z o.o., Poland.
Particular attention was paid to familiarization with the main production facilities of JSC “Navoiyazot”. Representatives of European business visited the workshops for the production and packaging of urea and other chemical products, studied technological processes, modern packaging lines, as well as the organization of logistical operations, including the system of shipping finished products by rail and in specialized tankers for supply to foreign markets.
Within the framework of the visit program, a meeting was held between the delegation and the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Navoiyazot” Farkhod Samadov, as well as the heads of the relevant divisions of the enterprise. During the negotiations, the prospects for expanding export cooperation, improving logistical routes, implementing joint investment projects, and modernizing existing production capacities were discussed.
Management of the enterprise informed the foreign partners about the possibilities of supplying a wide range of chemical products to the European market, including urea, urea-ammonium nitrate (UAN) solution, as well as AdBlue fluid, which complies with international environmental standards and is used in modern diesel engines.
Representatives of European companies highly praised the production potential of JSC “Navoiyazot” and the quality of its products. They expressed interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation, proposing to consider the possibility of organizing the production of new types of chemical products in demand in Central European markets, as well as introducing modern European technologies and equipment for the further modernization of the enterprise.
Following the negotiations, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in developing a long-term partnership and agreed to establish a joint working group to prepare practical proposals for implementing investment projects, modernizing production capacities, organizing supplies of JSC “Navoiyazot” products to the European market and further expanding investment and export cooperation.
