ISTANBUL, March 6. /Dunyo IA/. As a result of efforts by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul and the local office of the Agency for Migration of Uzbekistan in Türkiye, a five-year-old Uzbek girl, identified as “Z.S.,” who had been battling a serious illness at the Acıbadem Hospital since December 2025, was repatriated to Uzbekistan under the care of qualified medical personnel and family members, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Through its telegram-channel, the Consulate General expressed deep gratitude to the representatives of Uzbekistan Airways in Türkiye, Ministries of Health of both Türkiye and Uzbekistan, and the specialists at the Acıbadem private clinic for their close assistance and cooperation in implementing this charitable initiative.

“We wish the sick girl and her loved ones a speedy recovery and the best of health”, - Consulate General's message stated.

At the same time, diplomats urged vigilance due to recent cases of fraud in Türkiye occurring under the guise of providing medical services. Compatriots were advised to consult only reliable sources regarding matters related to medical treatment.
