ТASHKENT, March 10. /Dunyo IA/. China has implemented an initiative introducing 15-minute breaks between lessons and two hours of daily physical activity for schoolchildren across all provincial-level administrative units, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the Chinese news agency “Xinhua”, citing Minister of Education of the People’s Republic of China, Huai Jinpeng.
“Monitoring conducted by the country’s authoritative bodies shows that the overall proportion of students in primary, secondary and higher education in excellent or good physical health continues to rise, while the overall prevalence of myopia among students has declined for the fourth consecutive year”.
