The National Library named after Alykul Osmonov in Bishkek hosted the presentation of the Kyrgyz-language edition of the internationally acclaimed book on the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, “New Uzbekistan: The Path of Shavkat Mirziyoyev”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the Kyrgyz National News Agency Kabar, the event was attended by Kyrgyz State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, Deputy Minister of Culture Salkyn Sarnogoeva, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan Duyshonkul Chotonov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kyrgyzstan Saidikram Niyazkhodjayev, as well as prominent representatives of the academic and creative communities of both countries.

The participants delivered welcoming remarks, highlighting the significance of the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan in recent years and emphasizing the scholarly and analytical value of the publication.

It was noted that the release of the book in the Kyrgyz language would further promote cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, while strengthening the spiritual and intellectual ties between the peoples of the two countries.

The book is an international scholarly and analytical work dedicated to Uzbekistan's recent socio-political and socio-economic development, reforms in public administration, the country's strategic development priorities, and its new approaches to international cooperation.

Previously, the publication, which has attracted widespread attention within the international political community, was released in English, Arabic, Russian, and several other languages, and presented at leading international venues. The book was launched in Washington, D.C., including at the Library of Congress and major policy research institutions. In Europe, it was presented at the United Nations Office at Geneva. It has also received high praise from the academic communities of Pakistan and Türkiye as a comprehensive work reflecting contemporary political developments.
